We take pride in creating high-quality 3D printed products and carefully inspect each item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has an issue caused by a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns

Because our products are made-to-order 3D printed items, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference changes
  • Items no longer wanted
  • Normal variations in 3D printing texture/layer lines

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos showing the issue
  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not started.

Quality Guarantee

Every product is inspected before shipment. Small variations are normal with 3D printed products and are part of the unique nature of the manufacturing process.
